20 April 2017
Reserve your plot this Friday from 5pm
We’ve now released full details – including floor plans and pricing – of our Wedge Building, which is currently being constructed.
The Wedge Building will be another exciting addition to Little Kelham. Unlike any of the new buildings to date, the Wedge will be home for both residents and business alike. There is space for a retail offering at the apex of the building as well as a single one-bed apartment, six two-bed homes and and six properties offering three-beds.
As you’ll see on the Little Kelham master plan, all of the properties in the Wedge are different shapes, sizes and layouts, offering plenty of choice and flexibility. Of course, the Wedge homes all boast the same low-carbon, energy saving technology found in our other new Little Kelham homes. Click here for full details of the Wedge Building homes.
Prices in the Wedge start at £185,000 for a two-bed house and £249,000 for a three-bed house. The one-bed apartment is priced at £140,000.
This Friday evening (21 April), from 5pm-8pm, we’re having a launch event at our Little Kelham show home to mark the new properties being released.
The event will be the first chance people will get to reserve their future home and we’re expecting demand to be high.
At the event, Citu staff will be available to talk about the homes and the development in general.
Friday will also be a good chance to have a early taste of the new bar which will be opening in Little Kelham in the summer. The Stew & Oyster, which will be located at the Clock Tower entrance to Little Kelham, will provide food and drinks at the event.
If you’re thinking of coming to tomorrow’s launch to reserve a plot, chat about any of the properties, or to simply find out more about Little Kelham, email us to let us know you’ll be popping in.
If you’re unable to make tomorrow’s event, but are interested in a home in the Wedge Building, email us or call 0113-3202357.
Our show home will be open on the following days:
- Saturday, 29 April – 10am to 2pm
- Saturday, 20 May – 10am to 2pm
- Wednesday, 24 May – 9am to 3pm
